Function:
Pack & Ship engages MCFI Commercial Services in the process
of preparing finished goods packages for
shipment according to specific packaging
instructions involving a host of void-fill
techniques -- peanuts, foam, air bags, and
other provisions.
Capability:
MCFI Commercial Services has the ability to perform
individualized packing processes where the
contents of each shipper are unique to the
customer, and ensuring that each individual
customer is shipped the product ordered in a
timely manner without return-incidents.
Function:
Pick & Pack requires MCFI Commercial Services to inventory an
assortment of finished goods parts,
selecting them according to specific
customer instructions, and placing these
selected parts into a shipper for safe
shipment, whether shipment is accomplished
by MCFI Commercial Services or by MCFI Commercial Services's customer.
Capability:
MCFI Commercial Services has the capability to properly
inventory and protect from shrinkage a wide
variety of finished goods that comprise a
customized package. MCFI Commercial Services also has the
electronic capability to ensure that picking
of parts is accurately accomplished.
Function:
Warehousing is the protected storage of a
customer-owned inventory and is usually
combined with another MCFI Commercial Services service --
distribution, packing, shipping, or similar
service.
Capability:
MCFI Commercial Services currently maintains more than 40,000
sq ft., high-bay and racked, warehouse
storage space available for customer
inventory.
